8 Magical Wedding Venues in Liverpool

When it comes to Liverpool wedding venues, there is certainly no shortage of them to choose from, but let’s face it – as with many things, some are better than others. However, when it comes to your wedding day, you don’t really just want to settle for any old average venue, oh no, far from it! You want something magical, something that will…not to be dramatic here, basically blow your socks off.

At the same time, you want the place where you tie the knot to wow your guests just as much as you and your partner, and of course, you want to be able to let your hair down post-wedding celebrations too. Gosh, it is a lot to find all in one venue, isn’t it!

Not to worry. As a Liverpool wedding photographer, here are my top picks of venues in Liverpool that will almost certainly provide the magic you are looking for.

Liverpool Wedding

Palm House

A totally incomparable wedding venue, it is hard to beat this stunning restored greenhouse that gives off beautiful natural light and filled with mesmerising tropical flowers and palm trees. And I haven’t even mentioned yet the gorgeous ornate Victorian Orangeries here too!

Conveniently, it is also a perfect choice whatever the weather may be, thanks to its completely enclosed glass structure. What is not to like?

The Titanic Hotel

Looking for a truly enchanting venue that combines both old and new features but can also accommodate a large wedding? Got you covered! The Titanic Hotel, full of character and charm thanks to the restored 1950’s rum warehouse’s exposed metal beam work and painted brick walls, is actually the biggest wedding space in Liverpool. In fact, it can fit up to 600 guests in total, not too shabby right?.

Oh and talking of rum, it is worth adding that this wedding venue comes with an actual rum bar installed. What more could you ask for?

Oh Me, Oh My

If you are full of creative ideas and are looking for a wonderful wedding venue to experiment with them, check out Oh Me, Oh My. The venue itself is more or less an incredible blank canvas, with the events team more than happy to accommodate your ideas and help them come to life.

In terms of location, Oh Me, Oh My is pretty damn fantastic. It is located in the very heart of the city and has some of the most breathtaking views thanks to its rooftop garden (and exclusive bar for hire too!).

Camp and Furnace

If you are looking for a stunning space that you will make your guests’ jaws drop, you just have to check out Camp and Furnace! The converted warehouse has a whopping 9,000 sq ft of space (great for bigger wedding parties!) making it the ideal backdrop to bringing your magical ideas to fruition.

The highly creative events team at the venue is dedicated to making this happen, from planning decor to working alongside with you to pick a perfect personalised food menu.

Constellations

Nestled in the Baltic Triangle, this magical wedding venue has everything you could possibly want from a venue, including a bar, a restaurant, and a garden. This is definitely one of the trendiest wedding venues on this list, known for attracting the coolest of the cool.

With its striking exposed beam work and eye-catching geometric prints dotted around the venue, your wedding will have a truly urban backdrop. An excellent choice for the hippest of couples out there!

Hinterlands

Hinterlands is another fantastic blank canvas option if you are looking for a bright, modern space that can help make your wedding dreams come to life. Featuring stunning skylights and white brick walls, it is a truly wonderful wedding venue when you can go absolutely wild with your creativity, and the lovely Hinterlands team are more than happy to help you.

It is a great choice for those with lots of guests too, as its Event Hall can sit up to 300 seated guests!

One Fine Day

If you are looking for something extraordinary but also a little bit more classic style-wise, then have a look at One Fine Day as a venue for your big day.  This captivating venue is located in the old cotton district of the city, and it’s a historic Grade II listed building that has been lovingly restored and brought back to life for couples and guests to eat drink and dance to their heart’s content.

Romantic and elegant, its gorgeous marble pillars and stunning high ceilings really are to die for.

Bluecoats Arts Centre

With its 300-year history making it one of the oldest buildings in Liverpool, this unique space has an airy modern interior that makes it a standout wedding venue, in my opinion! It is ideal for those looking for something a little more refined and sophisticated. This serene space has plenty of photo opportunities too with its dazzling private garden, which will be all yours to enjoy on your wedding day.

Talking of photo opportunities, if you are looking for a North West Wedding Photographer that you can rely on to take beautiful photos of this magical day, contact me! I’d be delighted to hear from you.
